Prices

  1. Prices are listed on our website.
  2. Prices exclude carriage and VAT where applicable.

Orders / Payment

  1. When completing the order you shall be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode and all necessary payment details.
  2. As soon as we receive your submitted order we will send an e-mail confirming your order details and advising you that your order is being processed.
  3. Orders cannot be accepted from customers under the age of eighteen (18) years.

Delivery

  1. Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode and your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. If a delay is foreseen we will advise the customer of expected delivery date, at such time the customer may cancel and receive a full refund.
  2. Dispatch of goods will take place within 7 working days, with many of our orders being dispatched within 1 working day.
  3. Airmail can take 3-7 days, but our standard service (quoted on the website) can take much longer:

    Western Europe: up to 2 weeks from date of posting
    Eastern Europe: up to 5 weeks
    North America: up to 6 weeks
    South America, Africa and Asia: up to 8 weeks
    Australasia: up to 12 weeks.

    The day after you’ve posted your mail, it usually takes three more days to reach Western Europe, five days to Eastern Europe and seven days to the rest of the world.

Cancellation

  1. To amend or cancel your order, please contact the Brown, Son and Ferguson Ltd Customer Service Team from 9am until 4pm Monday to Thursday or 9am until 3pm Friday using the contact details below.
  2. You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
  3. Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within eight working days of you receiving the goods. To cancel this contract, please advise us of cancellation by writing to the address below or send us an email.
    Returning cancelled goods. Please enclose a note specifying your address, items being returned and mark the reason for return as "Contract Cancellation". Please package the item securely and return it to us. The return address is

  4. At Brown, Son and Ferguson Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition, within 14 working days of you receiving your purchase and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
  5. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the costs incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for the cost of return.
  6. To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to the address given below. In case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to :-
